Pocadot dress is almost done

I made the pants.

I made the Thai Fisherman pants. I find the crotch hangs too low for my height but other than that, I think it turned out well and was pretty easy. It took me longer than an hour because I was super fastidious about finishing the seams but still, I
made them in about 3 hours. I would be faster next time. I'd like to try modifying them to make a pant as comfortable but a little less pajama like.

I love that me or T can wear them.

A not so romantic dress

It's a coincidence that I post the process of my first dress, which I made today. I logged on to post it and there was your post of your first dress Saskia! Crazy.

So, I made this dress without having any idea what I was doing. It was fun. Would love suggestions on how to make it more wearable. I especially need advice on how to handle the very bottom of it.

This dress was the first real thing i made, it took me forever and i never got to wear it except for a tiny fashion show from my course and for this photosession.

Just wanted to show u guys. Hope one day I (or someone else) can wear it.

this sounds cool--like what we are trying to do here, except with a way to sell our stuff too! we can either make our own team (looks like there is not a quebec or a holland regional team right now, btw) or join one that is doing things we're interested in. haven't browsed the whole list of international teams (there are a lot) but it might be a good way to find out about events and ideas other like-minded ppl are having...
